Wellbeing is a word to describe the state of being, comfortable, healthy and happy.

Hi I'm Sarah
As a Nutritionist I found personally and professionally, that food alone isn't the answer to health and weight loss. We can make dietary changes, but if the environment and mindset isn't right, changing the food will only be temporary and we soon revert back to our old ways.
So... I wanted to create a modern day playbook to capture all the useful things that have helped me - and what I'm still learning!
To hopefully inspire and motivate you to make some positive changes in your own life and have fun in the process!
