It's important that during the session I get to know as much as possible about you and your concerns to provide the best support for your needs.
The aim is not about going on a diet, it’s about creating a healthy nutritious lifestyle that you enjoy, that’s simple to implement to give you energy, health and vitality. As well as supporting your initial concern.
BEFORE THE SESSION:
You will be sent the following to send prior to your session.
3 day diary to complete
A Pre Questionnaire that covers your medical, health and lifestyle
Firstly, we'll discuss a concern you have (e.g. tiredness, stress, weight loss). When it started, and how it impacts your daily life.
Then we’ll discuss your body functions from digestive patterns, sleep, stress levels, and life events that have potentially caused a trigger.
We’ll finish off by chatting through your food diary about an average day and general lifestyle, such as hobbies, work and your time.
This may also include specific supplement and functional test suggestions to gain a more comprehensive understanding of a specific health condition and design a program based on the results.
AFTER THE SESSION
You will receive:
Following our initial consultation, I will then send you a report showing the identified areas of suggested support and how to implement them using,
Handouts or recipes
