I’ve spent years second-guessing every bite, bouncing between quick fixes, and riding the emotional rollercoaster of restriction, rebellion and regret. Mondays meant new plans. Tuesdays brought breakdowns. And the scale? We were definitely not on speaking terms.

Everything shifted when I stopped chasing rules – and started listening to my body.

That turning point led me to a three-year Nutrition Therapy Diploma, NLP training, and a totally new approach to wellbeing. One that’s flexible. Supportive. And built for the way women actually live – especially those of us navigating life over 40.

I completed 3-years training at the London College of Naturopathic Medicine, including one year's clinic  practice training in functional medicine. Assessing the symptoms and underlying causes of health concerns.
