Hi, I’m Sarah,
A nutritionist and coach specialising in women’s wellbeing through an inside-out approach to health.
I work with women in their forties and beyond who feel stuck, low on energy, or disconnected from how they want to feel in their bodies and lives.
My role is to guide you with clarity and structure, combining nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle support in a way that feels grounded, personal, and sustainable.

I’m a qualified nutritionist and coach specialising in women’s wellbeing through an inside-out approach that combines nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle support.
I trained at the London College of Naturopathic Medicine, including supervised clinical practice, and work with women using structured, personalised guidance that focuses on long-term wellbeing rather than surface-level fixes.
