𝐋𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 For optimum sleep, try and sleep in darkness. Darkness triggers production of the hormone melatonin which induces sleep. An eye mask can help with this! 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝 It goes without saying, winding down as much as possible before bedtime is ideal for a good nights sleep. If you find your mind is running wild with things to do and ideas, then keep a notebook by your nightstand to offload them and empty your mind.
