The ideal room temperature is around 18 degrees celcius.โฃ โฃ ๐‹๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญโฃ For optimum sleep, try and sleep in darkness. Darkness triggers production of the hormone melatonin which induces sleep. An eye mask can help with this! โฃ โฃ ๐‚๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐ซ ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐Œ๐ข๐ง๐โฃ It goes without saying, winding down as much as possible before bedtime is ideal for a good nights sleep.โฃ โฃ If you find your mind is running wild with things to do and ideas, then keep a notebook by your nightstand to offload them and empty your mind. โฃ โฃ ๐Š๐ž๐ž๐ฉ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฌ๐š๐ฆ๐ž ๐›๐ž๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐ž๐ฌ โฃ Try and get your mind into a routine, Thinking you can catch up on sleep at weekends doesn't help you long term. Going to bed and rising at regular times each day is more likely to help reestablish good sleep patterns.โฃ โฃ ๐‹๐š๐ฏ๐ž๐ง๐๐ž๐ซโฃ Lavender has been shown to improve sleep quality.โฃ You can use sachets under the pillow.โฃ Lavender drops on your pillow or in a bath prior to retiring to bed or use a diffuser.โฃ โฃ ๐“๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง ๐จ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ ๐†๐š๐๐ ๐ž๐ญ๐ฌโฃ Saving the hardest one to lastโ€ฆ turn off the gadgets! Say what?!!!โฃ โฃ Your bedroom should be a tranquil, inviting and peaceful place for sleep, not a lit up with various electronics - Your TV, your Computer, your Phone!!
